Dr. Samina Mullick is the Managing Partner of Al Kulaib International General Trading and Contracting, a leading Kuwait-based company established in 1990. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded into a major construction and infrastructure firm employing over 5,000 professionals, with diversified operations across oil and gas projects, construction equipment rental, international agency partnerships, and a full-scale trading division. Dr. Mullick has extensive expertise in business strategy, project management, corporate leadership, and market development, overseeing large-scale industrial and refinery projects including contracts for KNPC, KOC, and the Al-Zour Refinery. She is recognized for her ability to drive sustainable growth, manage complex operations, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources, along with honorary doctorates in Humanity and Social Work. Dr. Mullick has also completed advanced executive programs at MIT in Virtual Reality, Supply Chain Management with AI, and the Chief Operating Officer Program. She is a recipient of the Mother Teresa International Award for her contributions to social work.
